125 NTDC officers promoted
LAHORE:The Promotion Board has approved promotion of 125 National Distribution and Despatch Company (NTDC) officers belonging to various cadres to the next grades.
As many as 21 NTDC officers from human resource, corporate accounts and telecom engineering departments were promoted as manager from BPS-18 to BPS-19 during a meeting of the Promotion Board chaired by NTDC Managing Director Engr at Wapda House. During another meeting of Promotion Board, 104 officers were promoted from BPS-17 to BPS-18. These officers belong to information technology, corporate accounts and technical (engineers) departments. The NTDC managing director has said that in order to resolve the pending cases of promotions, NTDC management has convinced the NTDC Board of Directors to conduct promotion board meetings on priority. He said PhD professionals from Power and Telecom Sector were invited to be member of the promotion board. He stated all the filed formations of NTDC had also been directed to expedite the promotions of lower staff.
