KARACHI: President APNS Hameed Haroon and Secretary General APNS Sarmad Ali have thanked the Government of Sindh for exempting newspaper hawkers from the lockdown in Sindh by declaring them Essential Services along with media persons.
The APNS believes that this will help curb fake news circulating on social media about Coronavirus as newspapers and news channels only provide authentic news to their subscribers.
The Sindh government on Sunday exempted newspaper hawkers and media persons from the ban on movement of people in the province of Sindh.
