Mardan police hold first online public forum
MARDAN: The police on Tuesday held first ever online Kutchehry (public forum) wherein District Police Officer Sajjad Khan interacted with the people and answered their questions mostly related to law and order.
The online forum appeared on the official Facebook page of Mardan Police and most of the commenters declared the online public forum a platform for easier discussion of issues being faced by the public. Sajjad Khan received comments about the traffic issues, one-wheeling among youth and a number of evils like gambling, robberies and drug smuggling. Some people pointed to the attitude of the police officers in police stations while most of them discussed traffic issues. The issue of passenger coaches each carrying four CNG cylinders was also discussed, which can led to a disaster in case of blasting.
