National Database Registration Authority (Nadra) Director General (DG) Mir Ajam Khan Durrani has taken notice of a video, which showed a citizen complaining of his grievance outside a Nadra office, that went viral on social media.
Talking to The News, the Nadra DG said an applicant had visited the Madra Mega Centre in Defence at 10am on Saturday for the renewal of his CNIC but he was told to visit another Nadra office as due to some issue, his CNIC could not be renewed there. To this, the citizen recorded a video outside the office and uploaded it on Facebook.
Nadra contacted the complainant on Facebook and asked him to share his CNIC details and mobile number for contact so that his case could be followed and he could be guided accordingly.
