Civil Hospital Larkana: Sessions judge expresses displeasure over non-availability of medicines
SUKKUR: The District and Sessions Judge Larkana, Iqbal Hussain Maitlo, expressed displeasure over complaints of non-availability of medicines by patients during his visit to the Emergency and Orthopedic Ward of the Civil Hospital, Larkana.
The District and Sessions Judge, Larkana, Iqbal Hussain Maitlo, visited the Emergency and Orthopedic Ward of the Civil Hospital on Monday where several patients complained to him about the non-availability of medicines.
Expressing displeasure, the District and Sessions Judge, Iqbal Hussain Maitlo, directed the hospital management to ensure availability of medicine to patients. He also directed the hospital management to take special care of the admitted and OPD patients.
He directed the MS of the hospital to ensure attendance of doctors, other medical staff and improve hygienic conditions in and around the hospital. The MS Civil Hospital, Dr. Zamir Ahmed Soomro, informed him that for the last six years not a single penny was provided to a Orthopedic Ward by the Pakistan Bait-ul-Mal. The judge assured him of taking up the issue with relevant officials.
