Nayab, 24, wife of Yousuf Kamal, was gunned down within the Jamshed Quarters police’s remits. The incident took place on Wednesday evening inside a house situated on Nishter Road near the Filmistan Cinema.
Jamshed Quarters SHO Liaquat said responding to the information, police mobiles rushed to the house where they found a young woman lying critically wounded. She was shifted to a hospital where she was pronounced dead.
During investigations, it was found that Nayab hailed from Charsadda in Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa and had shifted to Karachi around seven to eight years ago after married Kamal. She was the mother of a boy and a girl.
