OGRA receives 1,689 complaints

ISLAMABAD: The Oil and Gas Regulatory Authority (OGRA) on Friday reported it has received 1,689 complaints through Pakistan Citizen Portal during last one year.
Of these complaints, 1,182 complaints were forwarded to different relevant ministries / divisions / departments, of which 914 have been resolved, which constitute 77.32 percent of these complaints.
Moreover, 484 complaints pertaining to OGRA have also been resolved, within due time as stipulated by the Prime Minister Delivery Unit. The complaint resolution rate of OGRA is 100 percent, the regulator said.
