KMC anti-encroachment department clears Nishter Road

Following the directives of Karachi Metropolitan Corporation Administrator Roshan Ali Shaikh, the KMC anti-encroachments department removed several pushcarts, roadside cabins, shops, counters and other encroachments from Nishter Road and adjoining streets on Saturday.
According to a KMC spokesman, the encroachments on Nishter Road were obstructing traffic, which had become a regular problem for the residents. The operation was performed under the supervision of the senior director anti encroachments, Mazhar Khan, in the presence of Rangers officials.
