‘Youm-e-Hussain’

Islamabad: The birthday of Syed-us-Shuhada Hazrat Imam Hussain (A.S.) was observed throughout the country on Friday with religious fervour, spirit and faithful devotion as a part of International Week of Wila-e-Muhammad (SAAW) and Aal-e-Muhammad (A.S.). Milad conferences and seminars were organised in all big and small cities and towns on this occasion, says a press release.
Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi addressing the central function of the ‘Youm-e-Hussain’ said that if Islam is alive and prospering today it is the fruit of invaluable sacrifices rendered by Hussain (A.S.), Zainab (S.A.) and Sajjad (A.S).
He greeted the Islamiyan the world over on the pious occasion of Youm-e-Hussain (A.S.) and expressed his commitment to keep the flag of righteousness, peace and brotherhood fluttering high for ever following the path of Hussainiyyat.
