Landslides blocks Kalam road

MINGORA: The Kalam road was blocked due to landslide after heavy rain in the valley.

The police said the land slid in Cham Garhi area that blocked the road, causing inconvenience to the travellers.

A huge queue of vehicles was witnessed on both sides of the road. The area people said the district administration had not taken any step for opening the road.

“No government official visited the site so far,” said a stranded passenger. They demanded the government to clear the road immediately as people were facing difficulties to reach their destinations.
