PESHAWAR: Levelling charges of misconduct against Chief Justice of Pakistan Justice Saqib Nisar, District and Sessions Judge Kohat has filed a 19-page reference against him pleading the Supreme Judicial Council to take notice of the matter.
When contacted by The News, District and Sessions Judge Kohat Ahmad Sultan Tareen confirmed he had filed a reference against Honourable Chief Justice of Pakistan Justice Mian Saqib Nisar. Ahmad Sultan Tareen further said he ‘stands by every word of the reference’.
