Lawyers meet Punjab, KP governors

PESHAWAR: A group of senior lawyers here on Sunday visited the Governor’s House at the invitation of Governor Iqbal Zafar Jhagra.
The lawyers met Punjab Governor Muhammad Rafique Rajwana over a reception. Welcoming the distinguished guest, the lawyers thanked the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa governor for providing them the opportunity to meet the Punjab governor
Various issues of national importance and personal interest came under discussion in a frank and friendly atmosphere during the meeting.
Both the governors appreciated the level of understanding of the lawyers on the matters of national importance. It merits a mention here that Punjab governor is on a visit to Peshawar. He also visited Landikotal tehsil in Khyber Agency on Saturday.
