Peshawar

March 26, 2018

PESHAWAR: A man was killed and nine others sustained injuries in a bomb blast in Kabul on Saturday.

The Afghan Islamic Press (AIP) quoting officials of a hospital in Kabul said they had received one body and nine injured.

Meanwhile, deputy spokesman for the Afghan interior ministry Nusrat Rahimi told the AIP that an improvised explosive device went off in Kabul city, leaving three persons injured.

The blast occurred near the tent of protesters who had gathered in Kabul in support of the Pakhtuns in Pakistan.

It is pertinent to mention here that the civil society activists and youth held a sit-in in Chaman Huzuri area in Kabul to lend support to the Pakhtuns Tahaffuz Movement.
