Youth killed in Dir incident

TIMERGARA: A youth died while eight persons were injured in two different incidents in Lower Dir district, police and residents said on Saturday.

An 18-year-old Zeeshan, resident of Adenzai tehsil, died while his father and brother were injured when an electricity pole they were erecting hit a power transmission line at Mian Brangola in the jurisdiction of Chakdara Police Station. Similarly, five people were injured when four vehicles collided at Ashari Gat in the jurisdiction of Timergara Police Station here.
