Establishment of hockey academy hailed

TIMERGARA: The Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) district secretary information and district councillor Alam Zeb has said the establishment of hockey academy at Timergara would promote the national game in the area.

Speaking to hockey players and students during his visit to the academy on Monday, he said the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf-led coalition government had failed to fulfill its pledge of construction of sports’ stadiums in each union council.
