11 terrorists nabbed, weapons recovered in Balochistan

QUETTA: Security forces on Sunday arrested 11 members of the proscribed Balochistan Republican Army (BRA) and recovered a huge cache of arms and ammunition during separate operations in Balochistan.
The terrorists were nabbed from the Sanni Shoran area in Sibi in an operation under Raddul Fasaad, the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR) said in a statement.
The Frontier Corps and intelligence agencies recovered weapons during an intelligence-based operation in Dera Bugti and Dukki. Four improvised explosive devices were recovered in a separate IBO in Qila Saifullah. Earlier in the day, Levies forces and intelligence agencies averted a major terror bid in Kohlu and recovered a huge cache of weapons from a hideout. Weapons and explosives were recovered in an operation conducted in Kahan, including 181 RPG-7, rockets and 172 fuses, said Kohlu Deputy Commissioner Agha Naveed in a press conference. Security forces also recovered an MMRR-75 gun and 80 rounds.
