Verdict reserved in girl stabbing case

Lahore: Cantonment Courts Judicial Magistrate Mubashir Awan on Thursday reserved the judgment on trial proceeding of Khadija Siddique’s stabbing case. The prosecution and defence completed their arguments. During the whole case, the prosecution presented 11 witnesses to establish the suspect guilty of attempted murder while the defence side opposed it, pleading the judge to delete the offence of attempted murder. The decision is likely to be announced on July 29.
