Rangers arrest extortionist

The paramilitary force's Special Task Force and Counter-Terrorism Force arrested an extortionist in a raid on Tuesday.
A Rangers spokesman said they received a complaint from Hassan, an owner of a restaurant on Nishter Road, Garden, who narrated that he was receiving death threats from an extortionists' group that was demanding Rs2 million as extortion.
In this regard, an investigation was conducted by the Special Task Force and Counter Terrorism Force of Rangers Sindh by also conducting ground surveillance have apprehended accused Shahid involved in the crime and shifted him to their headquarters for probe.
