Explosives recovered in Mohmand

GHALLANAI: The political administration on Monday foiled an explosive smuggling bid and recovered a huge cache of explosives in Lower Mohmand Agency, official sources said. The sources said that miscreants were trying to smuggle explosives from Malakand to Prang Ghar tehsil of Mohmand Agency.
They said the personnel of the Khasadar force spotted suspected persons entering into Prang Ghar area late Sunday. They said that the personnel of the Khasadar force chased the suspected persons but they escaped.
They said the Khasadar personnel recovered explosives and safety fuses loaded on the donkey. The explosives were shifted to Yakaghund in Mohmand Agency while search for the arrest of the miscreants launched.
