A divisional bench of Islamabad High Court

ISLAMABAD: A divisional bench of Islamabad High Court Wednesday suspended the single-member bench order regarding the visa extension matter of Pak Turk teachers.  The bench also served notices to interior ministry and other respondents in the case to submit their reply on next date of hearing. A divisional bench of IHC comprising Justice Athar Minallah and Justice Mian Gul Hassan Aurangzeb heard the intra court appeal of Pak Turk Education Foundation (PTEF).
