DSPs, SHOs role sought in crackdown on outlaws

Deputy Inspector General Operations Dr Haider Ashraf has directed DSPs and SHOs to play their role in crackdowns on criminals in the city. He asked them to constitute special teams to arrest proclaimed offenders in every beat of every police station on daily basis.
Raids on habitual offenders should be conducted on daily basis in the area of every police station. All officers should play important role in campaign against drug peddlers, dens and land mafia in the city. Muhafiz should make their presence and maximum patrolling on main points of the area and check every suspected bike or car. All SDPOs and SHOs make ensure the foolproof security arrangements after meeting the administration of all Mahafil before 12 Rabi-ul-Awwal.
They should be committed to fulfill their task for arrest of proclaimed offenders. SHOs should take strict action against those who do not enter their records under Temporary Residence Ordinance. He rewarded CCII certificates ASI Jaffar of Liaqatabad, SI Ishtiaq of Faisal Town, ASI Parvaiz of Liaqatabad, SI Masood ur Rehman of Naseerabad, ASI Abdul Rauf, ASI Aqib of Naseerabad, SI Latif and SI Sadiq of Kahna.
