Kalam-e-Iqbal competition

Punjab University Directorate of Students Affairs organised Kalam-e-Iqbal singing competition at Faisal Auditorium here on Wednesday.
According to a press release issued here, Dean Faculty of Oriental Learning Prof Dr Fakhrul Haq Noori, Director Students Affairs Shahid Mahmood Gul, Deputy Director Zubair Ahmed, faculty members and students from various department were present on the occasion.
Students from various departments vocalised Kalam-e-Iqbal. Among the girls, Mahak Azam, Nasreen Akhter and Syeda Hijaz Zahra secured 1st, 2nd and 3rd positions respectively and were awarded with cash prizes while Saman and Atiqa Nasir received appreciation certificates and cash prizes. Among boys, Afzaal Hussain, Hafiz Muhammad Sufyan and Safdar Kazmi secured 1st, 2nd and 3rd positions respectively and were awarded with cash prizes while Sajjad Haider and Bashar-e-Hafi Gondal received appreciation certificates and cash prizes.
