Journalist injured resisting mugging bid

A reporter of a private news channel was injured on Tuesday while resisting a robbery attempt in the city’s Clifton area.
As per reports, Shafi Baloch, a reporter associated with Dawn News, was held up by muggers in Clifton, near the location popularly known as Schon Circle.
As Baloch resisted the robbers’ demands, the suspects opened fire at him and fled. Fortunately, only one of the bullets fired lightly grazed his leg. He was taken for medical treatment and doctors confirmed that he was in a stable condition.
