Karak varsity declares BA/BSc results
KARAK: The Khushal Khan Khattak University Karak on Monday announced the BA/BSc annual examination results.
According to a press release, in BSc examination Irum Nausheen of Government Girls Degree College Takht-e-Nusrati secured first position in the university by securing 461 out of 550 marks.
In the BA examination, Mareena Gul of Government Girls Degree College Karak grabbed first position by securing 375 out of 550 marks.
In the BSc examination, Bushra Andaleeb of Government Girls Degree College Takht-e-Nusrati secured 455 marks to get second position in the university. Sajida Afzal got third position by obtaining 453 marks.
In BA examination, Uzma Manzoor of Government Girls Degree College Karak achieved 341 marks and remained second. A student of Government Boys Degree College Banda Daud Shah, Waqaruddin secured third position by securing 330 marks.
The press released said 79 candidates appeared in BSc Part-I examination and 53 were successful, putting the pass percentage at 67. Up to 278 students appeared in BSc Part-II and 91 succeeded. The success rate was 33 percent.
A total of 399 students appeared in BA Part-I examination and 61 students succeeded. The passing percentage was 15. A total of 50 students appeared in BA Part-II and 6 succeeded. The passing percentage was 12.
