Giga Mall at Pakistan’s very first World Trade Centre (WTC) was launched on the Independence Day of the country, says a press release.

A soft launching ceremony was held at the Giga Mall, diplomats, key business community, business partners, senior architects and consultants were present. WTC was a good omen for Pakistan, which will boost investment opportunities.

The Vice Chairman and CEO Najeeb H. Amin Giga, COO Yaqoob Mehanti, Director Leasing Farrukh Masood Khan and Director Sales and Marketing Imran Malik addressed the ceremony.

Describing the technical features of Giga mall they highlighted the fact that the 14 storey structure with huge mall in five floors will make it a very attractive business destination. They also highlighted the fact that the WTC occupies the best possible location. It is located on GT road at the confluence of the main arteries of Rawalpindi and Islamabad. Also by virtue of its location in the DHA, it lies in one of the most secure parts of the twin cities. It will be managed by an Integrated Management System that is capable of remote control of all building management systems.

It was mentioned that this biggest WTC is the brainchild of Haji Abdul Rahim Giga Pardesi (Tamgha-e-Imtiaz) which has now slowly and steadily taken shape as a stunning trade centre. Haji Muhammad Amin Giga, President Giga Group congratulated the nation on the completion of Giga Mall and said that this gigantic trade centre will prove a real gift for the people on the Independence Day of their homeland.

The launching celebrations were followed by a most impressive display of fireworks which was thoroughly enjoyed by thousands of people.
