Four terrorists held, suicide vests recovered in Jamrud
JAMRUD: The Khassadar personnel arrested four alleged terrorists and recovered suicide jackets from their possession here on Friday, official said.
Assistant Political Agent ZiaurRehman said that the political administration received information about presence of suspected persons at a house in Shahkas in Jamrud tehsil of Khyber Agency.
The Khassadar personnel raided the house and arrested four alleged terrorists and recovered five suicide jackets from their possession.The official said that the jackets were filled with 25 kilograms of explosives, which could have played havoc if detonated at a public place.However, the official did not disclose the names of the alleged terrorists. He added that the terrorists had come to Jamrud from across the border.
