Many motorists travelling on the M-9 Motorway continue to face delays due to inadequate M-Tag facilities. Despite being mandatory, there are only two service centres at Karachi and Jamshoro, respectively. This leads to long waits and frustration at these points. The system cannot function effectively without accessible registration options.
The authorities should open additional M-Tag centres within Karachi or Hyderabad or introduce online activation to ease the process.
