BoR wants details of Aleema’s property
LAHORE: The Board of Revenue Punjab has directed all deputy commissioners in the province to provide complete details of accused Aleema Khanam in connection with FIR No 393 dated November 27, 2024, registered at the Police Station Saddar, Rawalpindi.
According to an official communication issued by the Land Revenue Branch, the directive follows an order dated November 6, 2025, passed by Amjad Ali Shah, Judge of Anti-Terrorism Court No. 1, Rawalpindi. The court instructed authorities to furnish information regarding any agricultural property owned by the accused and inform the court about any property mutation recorded in her name. All the officers concerned were ordered to comply and submit the required information to the court by November 10, 2025.
The Board of Revenue has asked deputy commissioners to provide the necessary data immediately for onward submission to the Anti-Terrorism Court. The letter has also been forwarded to the Anti-Terrorism Court judge, divisional commissioners, the Director General of Punjab Land Records Authority, and the PS to the Senior Member, Board of Revenue Punjab.
