Arrest warrant for Aleema executed

RAWALPINDI: The arrest warrant for Aleema Khan was executed once again. DSP Azhar Shah on Tuesday arrived to enforce the non-bailable arrest warrant and obtained Aleema’s signature on the warrant issued by the Anti-Terrorism Court Rawalpindi, near Adiala Jail.

A case against Aleema Khan had been registered at Rawalpindi’s Sadiqabad Police Station over the November 2023 protest, in which she has repeatedly failed to appear before the court. Consequently, the court issued non-bailable arrest warrants for her for the seventh time.
