ANP takes over security of Wali Bagh

CHARSADDA: The Salar Wing of the Awami National Party (ANP) on Sunday took over the security arrangements at Wali Bagh after the federal government’s decision to withdraw security from Aimal Wali Khan.

The Salar Wing assumed responsibility for the security of Wali Bagh as well as for the personal security of the party’s central president, Aimal Wali Khan.ANP’s Salars replaced police personnel at various checkpoints around Wali Bagh. Aimal Wali Khan’s personal protection was also now being handled by the party’s Salar Wing.
