Elders in Lower Dir seek action against militants

TIMERGARA: The elders of Lajboak Dara in Lower Dir district on Wednesday gave a 72-hour deadline to the district administration and law-enforcement agencies to clear the area of militants through a targeted operation.
Speaking at ‘Lajboak Amn Pasoon,’ the elders of the Lajboak area said it was the foremost responsibility of security agencies to clear the area of militants as soon as possible. A large number of people from the area participated in the Amn Pasoon.It is worth mentioning here that two days ago, militants had torched three vehicles, including two police mobiles and a car, in the area.
