Janitors being appointed in Lower Dir
TIMERGARA: The Local Government and Rural Development Department Dir Lower has started hiring janitors for village councils under the provincial government’s cleanliness programme.
The appointment committee comprising Assistant Director (AD) Senior Ibrarullah Khan as chairman, AD Tehsil Balambat Asif Khan, AD Tehsil Lal Qila Kamran Zarin, supervisors Kiramatullah and Afzal Khan as members completed the selection process in Tehsil Timergara and Tehsil Balambat.
Talking to this scribe, Ibrarullah said that they would appoint a total of 486 janitors for a total of 182 village councils in Lower Dir.Ibrarullah said all the janitors were being appointed on contract basis as daily wagers to carry out cleanliness in their respective village councils.
