11 injured in Mardan blast

MARDAN: As many as 11 persons including two policemen were critically injured in a blast close to Toro Chowk here.

Sources said bomb was placed in front of a shop. The blast led to panic among the people. The rescue teams reached the scene and shifted the injured to district headquarters hospital. Four of the injured persons are in precarious condition. Police sources said 600-gram explosive material was used.
