Post-arrest bail accepted in fraud case
Rawalpindi: Civil Judge Judicial Magistrate Ahsan Raza has accepted the post-arrest bail application of the woman named in the fraud case and has issued an order for the release of the petitioner on a bond of one hundred thousand rupees.
On July 5, on the request of Chaudhry Tariq Mahmood, the Civil Lines Police had registered a case against Humaira Munir under sections 420, 468 and 471 of the Pakistan Penal Code, alleging that the accused, under the guise of taking care of the house, took up residence in the plaintiff's house with her family and later, to occupy the house, not only prepared fake stamp papers to show that she had purchased the house, but also registered a case of adultery against the plaintiff (owner of the house), on which the accused had filed a post-arrest bail application.
