5 FBR officers’ promotion to BS-22, posting notified

ISLAMABAD: The Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) has issued notifications regarding the new postings and promotions of five senior officers.

These officers include officers of Grade-21 of Pakistan Customs and Inland Revenue Service. They have been promoted to Grade 22 and assigned the responsibilities of various members.

Wajid Ali, after being promoted to Grade- 22, took over charge of Member (Customs Policy), FBR Headquarters Islamabad.

Dr Hamid Atiq Sarwar, officer of Inland Revenue Service, took over charge of Member (IR Operations), FBR Headquarters Islamabad.

Muhammad Iqbal, officer of Inland Revenue Service, after promotion, took over charge of Member (Admin/HR), FBR Headquarters Islamabad.

Shahid Iqbal Baloch, officer of Inland Revenue Service, has been promoted to Grade-22. His promotion will be effective after his return to FBR and completion of deputation.

Ms Tehmina Amir, officer of Inland Revenue Service, has been retained as Chief Commissioner-IR, Regional Tax Office Rawalpindi after promotion to Grade-22.
