Firing accused held

LAHORE:Garden Town (Investigation) police Monday arrested an accused, who shot and wounded a citizen near Jinnah Hospital. Reportedly, Kamil came out of a pharmacy after purchasing medicines for his brother, when an attacker opened fire at him, leaving him injured critically. The accused was also wanted by police in a case registered at Kot Radha Kishan.
Man inflicted wounds
A man was inflicted wounds by his cousin over a money dispute in the Sanda area on Monday. Wajid was sitting at his shop situated on Captain Jamal Road, when his cousin Zaman came and demanded money from him which he had borrowed from him. They exchanged harsh words and Zaman hit him with a knife, leaving him injured critically.
