Devsinc acquires Cloud-1 to bolster salesforce capabilities
KARACHI: Pakistan-based enterprise IT firm Devsinc has acquired Cloud-1, a specialised Salesforce partner and development company, as it sharpens its focus on CRM technologies to tap into the fast-growing global Salesforce ecosystem.
The deal marks Devsinc’s second major acquisition in 2025, following its January purchase of Alchemative Group, and positions the company to expand its footprint across the APAC and MENA regions. Financial terms of the Cloud-1 acquisition were not disclosed.
The move comes as the global Salesforce services market is projected to reach $32.7 billion by 2032, growing at a CAGR of over 14 per cent, according to industry estimates. Salesforce remains the world’s top CRM platform, holding 23.8 per cent market share with annual revenue of $38.6 billion. “This acquisition exemplifies our commitment to building a comprehensive enterprise ecosystem,” said Devsinc CEO Usman Asif. “Cloud-1’s Salesforce capabilities, alongside our strengths in AI, cloud infrastructure and payments, offer enterprises a complete digital transformation stack.”
Cloud-1 brings with it expertise in deploying and customising Salesforce solutions across industries, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and system integrations. Its CEO, Arsalan Khalid, will join Devsinc as director of CRM Technologies.
