Muharram security discussed

LAHORE:The district administration has conducted a crucial coordination meeting to ensure exemplary arrangements for Muharram observances, particularly focusing on Ashura processions and religious gatherings throughout the City.

The meeting brought together key administrative officials, including Chief Officer MCL Shahid Abbas Kathia, Additional DC Headquarters M Jafar Chaudhry, Additional DC Finance Mudassar Nawaz, and various religious organisers to establish comprehensive planning frameworks. DC Syed Musa Raza provided assurances that all Muharram arrangements would be completed to the highest standards, with particular emphasis on ensuring cleaning and lighting facilities at all Imam Bargahs across Lahore's administrative boundaries.
