Adiala Road residents facing power outages

Rawalpindi:The residents of Adiala Road were facing severe hot weather without light and water for several days. A severe water crisis has also gripped Rawalpindi, while business activities have come to a standstill due to prolonged power outages.
The Water and Sanitation Agency (WASA) blamed Islamabad Electric Supply Company (Iesco) for not providing light to continue water supply in several areas. The Water and Sanitation Agency (WASA) Senior Sub-Engineer (Water Supply) Adiala Road Muhammad Tufail told ‘The News’ that majority of areas deprived of supply water due to prolonged loadshedding.
