Nasir hails Nepra’s approval of two solar power projects

Sindh Energy and Planning & Development Minister Syed Nasir Hussain Shah on Tuesday welcomed the National Electric Power Regulatory Authority’s (Nepra) approval of two solar power projects in Sindh with a combined capacity of 270 megawatts.
During a meeting he chaired at the energy department, Shah termed the development a major step forward in Pakistan Peoples Party Chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari’s vision of providing affordable electricity to the public. The energy minister noted that the solar power projects include a 150MW plant to be established in Deh Methaghar and a 120MW plant in Deh Halkani.
