Pak-Kazakh educational fair held
Islamabad:In order to promote educational ties between Pakistan and Kazakhstan, a high level delegation of Kazakhstan comprising 25 rectors and high officials of Kazakhstan universities visited National University of Technology (NUTECH), says a press release.
The prestigious event was arranged at NUTECH under the supervision of the Higher Education Commission (HEC) Pakistan. A variety of stalls on educational programmes, scholarships and cooperation from Kazakhstani universities were presented at the ‘Study in Kazakhstan’ fair. HEC invited rectors/vice chancellors and students from Islamabad and surroundings for the event. It was a packed house filled with those committed to the cause of international education and collaboration.
The ceremony was attended by HEC Chairman Dr. Mukhtar Ahmed as chief guest. Delivering the welcome address, he emphasised on the need to create strong educational bondages between Pakistan and Kazakhstan and encouraged the students to avail international education opportunities for the collective development and understanding. Throughout the event, the vibrant atmosphere of academic enthusiasm and cross-cultural exchange was clearly visible. The event not only offered a platform for students to explore higher education possibilities in Kazakhstan but also laid the foundation for future partnerships between higher education institutions of both countries.
