National Party delegation to meet Nawaz today over Balochistan crisis
NP delegation is scheduled to hold round of discussions with Nawaz Sharif and other senior PML-N leaders
QUETTA: A delegation of the National Party (NP), led by its president Dr Abdul Malik Baloch, arrived in Lahore on Tuesday to meet Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) supremo Mian Nawaz Sharif on Wednesday (today).
The delegation includes former secretary general Senator Jan Muhammad Buledi, MNA Pullain Baloch, NP Vice President and former MNA Sardar Kamal Khan Bangulzai, provincial President Aslam Baloch, Central Vice President Shahwaz Khan Bizenjo, and NP Punjab President Malik Ayub.
The NP delegation is scheduled to hold a round of discussions with Nawaz Sharif and other senior PML-N leaders on Wednesday. Former chief minister Balochistan Dr Abdul Malik Baloch will brief Nawaz Sharif on the current situation in the province, with particular reference to the recent wave of arrests and the ongoing protests.
