MPA Arshad Javed Warraich passes away
Warraich was elected in general elections of 2024 as MPA from PP-52 constituency
SIALKOT/ISLAMABAD: Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PMLN) local MPA Chaudhry Arshad Javed Warraich passed away here on Monday.
Arshad Javed Warraich was elected in general elections of 2024 as MPA from PP-52 constituency and he was presently the Parliamentary Secretary for Social Welfare and Baitul Maal.
Federal Minister Kh Muhammad Asif, the Speaker Punjab Assembly Malik Muhammad Ahmed Khan, Minister for State Ch Armughan Subhani, Provincial Minister for Social Welfare Khawar Butt, CM Punjab’s Secretary Coordination Wajid Ali Shah, Deputy Commissioner Sialkot Muhammad Zulqarnain, the members of Punjab and National Assembly and many PML-N stalwarts namely, Mansha Ullah Butt, Ch Faisal Akraam, Tariq Subhani, Rana Fayyaz, Khurram Dastgir Khan, Rana Shamim Ahmed Khan, Navid Ashraf, Khurram Wirak, Rana Arif Hernah and hundreds of PMLN activists and common citizen attended the funeral prayers in Canal City near Uggoki
He was laid to rest in his ancestral graveyard. Meanwhile, Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif on Monday expressed his deep grief over the death of MPA Chaudhry Arshad Javed Warraich.
The prime minister telephoned Hina Arshad, former chairperson of District Council Sialkot and the daughter of late Arshad Warraich to convey his condolence over the death of her father. He said that the political services of late Arshad Warraich would be remembered forever. The prime minister prayed to Allah Almighty for departed soul’s peace and strength for the bereaved family to bear the loss.
