Commissioner Naqvi said both heavy and light vehicles are equally responsible for fatal and life-threatening traffic accidents on roads and highways; therefore, it is necessary that we work together to ensure immediate actionable measures to prevent traffic accidents and make all possible arrangements to keep
citizens safe.
