Court issues warrants for their continued non-appearance despite being summoned during hearing

ISLAMABAD: Judicial Magistrate Mureed Abbas has issued arrest warrants for Iman Mazari, Ali Wazir, and Manzoor Pashteen for their continued non-appearance in a case filed against them for allegedly staging an anti-state march.
The court issued arrest warrants for them for their continued non-appearance despite being summoned during the hearing on Tuesday.
During the hearing, arguments could not be made on the plea for acquittal by the accused and further hearing of the case was adjourned till April 26. A case has been registered against PTM leaders and others in Tarnol Police Station.
