LAHORE:As part of celebrations of the Horse and Cattle Show 2025, the Parks and Horticulture Authority (PHA) organised the All Breed International Dog Show at Jilani Park here on Sunday.
Hundreds of beautiful pet dogs of various breeds participated in the competition. The dog show featured German Shepherds, Australian Shepherds, American Bulldogs, Affenpinschers, Airedale Terriers, Akbash, Akitas, Alano Español, Alpine Dachsbracke, Borzois, Boxers, Brittany, Bulldogs, Taiwan Dogs, Alaskan Malamutes, and many other breeds.
A total of 280 dogs from 35 different breeds participated in the competition. International judges Jeff Horswell and Peter Friedrich carried out the judging duties. The dog show also included grooming demonstrations, dog nutrition and health categories, and other competitions. Trophies, cups, and other prizes were awarded to the winners in different categories.
The purpose of the dog show was to provide information about pet dogs in an engaging manner.
