Immigration officials at the Karachi airport offloaded 86 passengers, including seven on student visas, for various reasons during the last 48 hours.
According to immigration sources, 30 Umrah pilgrims going from Karachi to Saudi Arabia were not allowed to travel by immigration officials as they did not have advance hotel bookings and reasonable money for expenses.
According to immigration officials, seven youths were offloaded from Karachi on student or study visas to Cyprus, Britain, Azerbaijan, Kyrgyzstan. People travelling on tourist visit visas for Saudi Arabia, Oman, Azerbaijan, Malawi, Congo, Bahrain, Malaysia, Indonesia, South Africa, Thailand, Turkey, Zimbabwe were also offloaded. Blacklisted people on Qatar, Turkey, Saudi work visas were also offloaded.
