PTI KP chief says rally in Swabi on Feb 8
Junaid Akbar asks all PTI wings and workers to remain united
PESHAWAR: Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Khyber Pakhtunkhwa chapter president Junaid Akbar Khan on Thursday announced to hold a rally in Swabi on February 8 on the call of the party founder.
“Instead of relying on Chief Minister Ali Amin Gandapur for funds or support for party rallies, we should raise funds ourselves,” he said while talking to Geo News.
The party chief for KP said the chief minister had always supported every worker and party wing, adding that this tradition must change now.
“If rallies and workers belong to the party, we all must contribute”, he explained, adding we would change certain practices and procedures.
Junaid Akbar asked all PTI wings and workers to remain united. “Arranging vehicles for rallies is not a difficult task, “ he pointed out, adding Each MNA has more than 70 village councils in his/her constituency.
The PTI leader said the middle and lower classes would continue to be given full opportunities to participate in practical politics
