Poor service
I am writing to highlight an important issue faced by many citizens when visiting traffic police centres for services like driving license issuance, renewals, and fee payments. These centres often suffer from long waiting times, lack of proper guidance, and insufficient staff, making the process slow and frustrating.
To make matters worse, the traffic police website, which is supposed to make things easier, often crashes or cannot handle the number of users trying to access it. This leaves citizens stuck between a rock and a hard place, unable to complete their tasks efficiently. It is high time the authorities take action to improve these services and make them user-friendly. A small effort now can make a big difference later.
