Bangladesh relaxes visa conditions for Pakistanis

LAHORE: Bangladesh Ambassador to Pakistan Muhammad Iqbal Khan said on Saturday that his country had relaxed visa conditions for Pakistanis.
The Bangladesh ambassador said this during his visit to the Lahore Chamber of Commerce. He said that civilization and culture of Lahore need no introduction.
Iqbal said that the people of Bangladesh want to have a loving relationship with the people of Pakistan and increasing cooperation between the two countries is the need of the hour.
He said the Lahore Chamber of Commerce and Industry can play a role in increasing bilateral trade between Pakistan and Bangladesh, and that the people of Bangladesh look up to Pakistan with respect. Both countries must strengthen economic and financial cooperation.
The Bangladeshi ambassador said that Bangladesh has made visa conditions very easy for Pakistanis and now Pakistani citizens can also obtain Bangladesh visas online.
Lahore Chamber President Mian Abuzar Shad said, “We are keen to increase trade with Bangladesh and our delegations will soon visit Bangladesh.”
